As the founder and CEO of Ray-Steeds Energy Private Limited, Prakhar leads the company with a clear vision and mission, inspiring his team to transform their passion and dreams into tangible actions. Prakhar's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Graphic Era University, Dehradun, and a Master's in Business Administration from IIM Kashipur. This diverse combination of technical and business expertise provides him with a strong foundation to lead a company focused on Energy solutions.
Prakhar's leadership qualities have been recognized through his involvement in several successful National-level events. He has led initiatives like Unite Ideas, which aims to promote innovation and a clean India, as well as campaigns focused on clean Dehradun. Additionally, Prakhar has organized and headed a marathon lecture that made it into the Guinness Book of World Records, showcasing his ability to bring people together for a common cause.
